November 25, 2020 It's not Static, I'm Not Statis, Life isn't Static I realized my body needs different foods. Still in line with nutrition. I think I can eat less but with more calorie density rather than less calorie density and eat more. Not outside as much because of the shorter days and working with my work schedule. Also, I have a new baseline so will work with that. Not just a new weight, but new exercises, incorporating some weights into the mix so strengthen and define my muscles, looking for lean muscle. This means new challenges. Baseline - exercises that allow a springboard, a start, a consistency. November 15, 2020 I realized I needed to reset my food, exercise, sleep, and how I am working. New weather means cold requires more preparation, a little less acitivity outside, when I can go outside, work pressures requiring more of my attention, more stress. Time to Reset.
Leverage is word I use often. How can I leverage this person, that department, that person, this tool, etc... in order to have quality of my time but also to expand my time. Expand my time within a frame of time. Health Creativity Finances Job Projects Relationships Sleep Did I purposely create a list in this specific order? are these in the order of importance for me? I think so right now this is my 'order.' Health - Fitness Creativity - Where am I right now? Where do I want to go? How do I get there? Finances - I used tp work for a small company/family business that used to have their accountant come in once a week and sit with the family to go over their finances, the health of the company. I'll never forget this. Do a lot of individuals do this to be proactive rather than reactive? Job - My Sales Job is currently my bread and butter.
