Reset: New Baseline, Intuitive Eating

It's not Static, I'm Not Statis, Life isn't Static
Also, I have a new baseline so will work with that. Not just a new weight, but new exercises, incorporating some weights into the mix so strengthen and define my muscles, looking for lean muscle.
This means new challenges. Baseline - exercises that allow a springboard, a start, a consistency.

I realized I needed to reset my food, exercise, sleep, and how I am working.
New weather means cold requires more preparation, a little less acitivity outside, when I can go outside, work pressures requiring more of my attention, more stress.
Time to Reset.
